Proulx offers Guaranteed Price Protection Plans that lock your fuel rate in for the heating season, which is October 1st to April 30th. These plans are available for BioFuel, Oil, Kerosene, and Propane. You may pre-buy all of your gallons at once, or you may opt to be put on a budget program where you make monthly payments.
